SUMMARY:
The Rotoplast Manat-Arsm can be identified by its bright, baby blue helmet, soft/semi-hard rubber head, dark red shorts, and dark gray belt. Boots can match the shorts or can have a slightly pink hue. The rubber arms vary in consistency from hard to semi-hard, and the face is pale, white to cream-colored skin tone.

The figure used the Spain mold. It's marked Spain, and the accessories are blank. The harness is the same mold as both the Spain and the Estrela (first edition, unmarked) figure. The accessories are grainy, opaque, and a dead ringer for first-edition Estrela (Brazil) accessories. Same mold, color, and texture.
