Kobra Khan, the “Evil Master of Snakes,” was produced in Taiwan, Mexico (Aurimat), Argentina (Top Toys), Venezuela (Rotoplast), Brazil (Estrela), France, Spain and India. He’s equipped with the power to control his prey using his “evil hypnotic mist,” which he releases by pressing down on his head to spray water stored in his chest chamber. The figure also includes a blaster weapon.
