SUMMARY:
The Rotoplast Kobra Khan can be identified by its soft, rubbery arms, large gaps between scales, and turquoise-green eyeliner. The belt is generally light green, and the shorts and boots brown. The torso is usually mid-green, the same color as the legs, but can be dark green as well. The shoulder straps can vary from mid-brown to varying shades or light brown or tan.

The figure is marked © Mattel Inc. 1983 TAIWAN in very small type, and the pistol is marked TAIWAN. The weapon is matte, opaque, very rigid, and ranges in color from red to mid-orange, to light orange. 

A rare version of the Kobra Khan came with gray boots/shorts and a mint green belt. The scales on this figure could have come tan or light green.
