SUMMARY
The Spain Terror Claws Skeletor is identified by its light blue skin tones (characteristic of Spain Skeletors), dark purple chest armor, reddish-orange clip and cream-colored dragon (white mouth). The figure, dragon and claws are marked © Mattel. Inc. 1985. The clip just has the SKU.
Spain produced 2 different Terror Claws Skeletor Variants. The Soft head and the Hard head. Both figures share the same accessories (same color and mold), and the bodies are very similar. Where they differ is in the boot color, and in the dramatically different heads.
HARD HEAD:
The hard head Terror Claw Skeletor is the most common of the 2 variants. It has a Hard head semi-similar to an Hong Kong Terror Claws, but the yellow paint is rounder and covers a smaller area on the face. It also has much more red in the eyes than the Hong Kong. The boots on this figure are a dark purple, close to the black of the shorts.
SOFT HEAD:
The soft head Terror Claw Skeletor is rare. It has lighter blue boots, and the head is very similar to a France Skeletor head. It has the 2 diagonal lines between the eyes at an angle. The painted chest armor might be slightly brighter than on the hard head, but it's unclear to me if this is just a case of small factory variance or a legitimate difference.
