The Spain Prince Adam features a soft, translucent face, vivid yellow (or mustard) hair, dark purple boots, and very dark hands and neck. The figure wears a fine, one-piece felt vest with no shoulder stitching, and the belt buckle is detailed with black stitching.
There are two primary variants. The first edition, released in 1986, is marked © MATTEL INC 1981 SPAIN and comes with a dark red, unmarked (male) sword. This edition has black leg bands. The second variant, often referred to as the reedition, is marked © Mattel. Inc. 1981 MADE IN FRANCE. It includes a bright pink, flexible (female) sword marked FRANCE. This reedition has translucent leg bands, generally darker color tones, and boots featuring mid-fur paint.
