SUMMARY:
The Spain Horde Trooper can be identified by its bright red interior mechanism piece, rigid, light-red weapon, and its © Mattel. Inc. 1985 SPAIN marking in the back.
Only 2 COOs produced the Horde Trooper. Malaysia, distributed both in the United States and for the international market, and Spain by Congost, only distributed in Spain. Both share the same gray on the body, similar if not the same black highlights, and a similar gold waist emblem. They differ primarily in the COO markings (Spain vs Malaysia in the lower back), and in the interior red mechanism piece.
The Spain figure has a curiosity, in that it says MALAYSIA behind the head and in the front/back chest piece. The weapon is marked MALAYSIA.
