SUMMARY:
Only 3 COOs produced Rio Blast (Mexico Mabamex, Hong Kong and Spain). Of those, 2 were released for the USA Market (Mexico Mabamex and Hong Kong).
The best way to tell apart this figure is to review some of the differences it has with its Hong Kong counterpart.
The Mabamex has much lighter skin tones than the HK. It has a less refined face paint, the belt buckle is fully painted chrome (as opposed to partial chrome on the HK). All paint hues from the skin tones, to the gloves, to the blue of the torso, etc... are a lighter shade than its HK equivalent. Even the accessories appear to be a slightly lighter shade of chrome.
The lasso on his shoulder has texturing, as opposed to no texture on the HK. The attachments are totally unmarked, as opposed to the HK that has various number markings under the visor. The accessories, in general, are significantly more fragile than the HK, and prone to breakage.
