SUMMARY:
Buzz-Off, the “heroic spy in the sky” was produced in Hong Kong, Mexico (Aurimat), Argentina, Venezuela, Brazil, France, and Spain. This bee-like figure twists his waist, spreads his wings, and comes with both an axe and a removable helmet.
The Aurimat Buzz-Off is characterized by its dark caramel arms and legs, muted yellow face, dark green eyes that tend to have green overspray, bright yellow wings, and legs that tend to decolor to a grayish brown hue. The yellows of the figure are light, compared to the mustard yellow in the hong kong figure. This figure came in either a standard head or a larger head.

The helmet is marked MATTEL INC. 1983 and the axe only has a batch number. Wings are bright yellow, semi-rigid, and are marked MATTEL INC. 1983 with a bar covering up the COO.
