SUMMARY:
The Taiwan Webstor is characterized by mid-dark blue skin tones, a subtle, symmetrical belly button, red belt, and soft head with intense red eyes.The boots and the armor are dark-purple, and the red and orange chest emblem is uneven, and somewhat sloppy.

The figure is marked © Mattel Inc. 1981 TAIWAN on the back and under the neck. The backpack is dark-purple, marked TAIWAN (1 or 2 batch number).

The figure has 2 weapon variants. The standard orange blaster, marked 3991-2539A on the center of the weapon, and a rarer blue blaster, marked the same way. Both weapons are rigid plastic, and have a single digit batch number (2 or 3).
