Rattlor

SUMMARY:
The Taiwan Rattlor is identified by its burgundy body, light yellow chest paint, and tan belt with neon green serpent. Its neck can be yellow or red, and the weapon is flexible, in the same color as the body. The figure and the snake staff are marked © MATTEL. INC. 1985 TAIWAN. 

This figure has 2 variants. The standard issue came with a yellow neck, and the rarer variant came with a red neck. Aside from the neck color, they are identical.
