Syklone, the “Heroic Fist-Flinging Tornado”, was produced in Hong Kong, Argentina (Top Toys), Venezuela (Rotoplast), France, Spain and India (Leo). Equipped with a 360-degree spinning torso, the figure’s radar chest hologram animates as he delivers punches to his enemies. It also comes with a shield.
