Rotar, the “Heroic Master of Hyper-Spin”, was produced in Malaysia and Spain. Featuring gyro-spin action, the figure swings its fists and weapons when the tip is revved to generate spin power. It can be displayed on its included pedestal for stationary battle poses, or activated using the 3-gear Roto-Pod by positioning the figure at the weapon’s center. The gears can be detached and launched toward the enemy for added attack play. Additionally, the set includes a ball-and-chain accessory.
