The Malaysia Rattlor features a bold, dark red body, a bright mustard belt with a vivid green snake emblem, a dark pink mouth, and light yellow chest paint. The tail is a deeper gold tone, noticeably darker than other COO variants.
The figure is marked © MATTEL INC. 1985 MALAYSIA on the lower back, while the very flexible, rubbery tail is marked © MATTEL INC. 1985. The tail exhibits several pronounced internal injection points, consistent with the Hong Kong mold, suggesting it may have been repurposed from that tooling.
The staff is semi-rigid and made of a dry, translucent plastic, in contrast to the softer rubber material seen with the Taiwan staff. It is marked © MATTEL INC. 1985 MALAYSIA.
