SUMMARY

The Aurimat Prince Adam is distinguished by its muted yellow hair, light brown eyebrows and eyes, pale skin tones, light lavender pants, and light blue-purple boots. The dark purple vest is thick, easily frilled, and paired with a wide belt. Sword colors and sizes vary significantly among examples.

The first release (1985) is marked © Mattel. Inc. 1981. It features a pronounced callus on the right hand for improved weapon grip, bluish-purple shorts and boots, and a wide belt with a standard yellow button. The accompanying sword can be found in several variations, ranging from short to long and from purple to fuchsia in color.

The second release (1986) is marked © Mattel. Inc. 1984 MEXICO. This version omits the hand callus and features lighter purple shorts and boots. The sword is smaller and bright red. Most notably, the belt sports a large circular buckle molded from the Big Jim 007 design. This variant detail is iconic Aurimat and one of the most sought-after of the Los Amos line.
