SUMMARY:
The Mabamex Leech appears to be a figure that initially was developed with a huge amount of paint detail / complexity, but for some reason (cost-cutting measures maybe?) only applied certain paint masks to certain figures.

Lets start with the Torso. All variations are molded in a dark green, and have a red bat in the torso, as well as a brown belt. From here, you find that some leeches had an extra paint mask for the belt buckle, others had a light green mid torso paint (front), others had a light green mid-torso (back), and others still had an extra paint mask for the bottom half of the back button.

If we look at the head, all variations share the same mouth paint, but some have a mold for the nostrils and for the red at the end of the mouth.

If we look at the legs, all have black ankles painted, but some also have the bats painted red.

Lastly, if we review the left arm, some paint the shoulder pauldron orange (extremely rare) and add the red bat mask to the black arm band.

Only one variation appears to use the full complexity of paint applications, while all others used a portion of them.
