The Aurimat Ram Man is distinguished by its pale, light skin tone, bright red opaque armor, matte silver chrome accents, and light green legs. It was first released in 1985, during the second year of the Los Amos del Universo line, using molds sourced from France. This initial release includes two known figure variants: one marked © MATTEL INC 1982 FRANCE, and another with the country of origin erased, marked only © MATTEL INC 1982. Both versions come with an unmarked gray matte axe.
In 1986, production shifted to Taiwan, and the figure began using Taiwan molds. This version is marked © MATTEL INC 1982 TAIWAN and retains the same unmarked gray matte axe.
