SUMMARY

The Taiwan Man-e-Faces is considered the Mattel standard, the version on which all later releases were based. It features bright blue armor tones with violet highlights, and waist tubes that can range in color from pink to red or violet.

The figure is marked © MATTEL INC. 1982 TAIWAN behind the head, and its orange, semi-translucent blaster is stamped TAIWAN.

Several tube color variations exist, including dark red, pink, and violet-red. A notable variant of this figure was also packaged with five additional maroon weapons (unmarked). Among them, the axe and sword are often associated with the Special Edition He-Man.
