Hordak, the “Ruthless Leader of the Evil Horde”, was produced in Malaysia, Mexico (Aurimat), Argentina (Top Toys), France and Spain. The figures comes with a bat shield and crossbow. As with most vintage figures, it features a twisting punch action.
