He-Man

SUMMARY:
The USA-marked He-Man can be identified by its soft head with muted yellow hair, muted face skin tones, burnt-yellow belt, dark red shorts, and pale-red boots. The figure is marked © MATTEL INC. 1982 USA (left-aligned), and the dark gray accessories are the standard Mabamex He-Man marked USA.

As you can probably tell, this figure is essentially identical to a Mabamex, Mexico-marked He-Man (except for the COO marking). My theory is that this figure was made in Mexico, at the Tijuana factory. In fact, the head is marked MEXICO. Even so, marked in this way, this figure is the rarest of all the He-Man variants, with very few known to exist.
