SUMMARY:
Kobra Khan, “the evil master of snakes,” was produced in Taiwan, Mexico (Aurimat), Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil, India, France, and Spain. Equipped with a water chamber in its chest, Kobra Khan sprays water from its mouth by pressing down on the head.
The France Kobra Khan features a mid-dark green matte body, warm brown boots and shorts. Its dark green belt matches its dark green eyeliner, and its eyes are small. The torso has been refined and re-sculpted, with undulated scales on the front and back (an improvement over the original Taiwan sculpt). The straps are light brown.
The figure is marked © Mattel Inc. 1983 FRANCE. Later the mold is shared with the Spain production, which releases a Kobra Khan also marked FRANCE. The blaster is translucent orange, rigid plastic, and marked with a batch number (9 or 10).
